How much and how fast?
Delivery Options
Standard Postage
All our UK packages are sent via Royal Mail using their Tracked Express Service from Royal Mail (arrives in 1-2 working days). Delivery has a flat fee of £3.99.
All UK parcels can be tracked online with the tracking number that is emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
We currently only ship within the UK
Local Delivery
If you live in Stamford Lincolnshire, we will hand deliver your order for a fee of £2.00. If you are unsure if you qualify for local delivery please contact info@skinandbeautystamford.co.uk to confirm.
Local Pickup
If you would prefer to collect your order directly from us, you can collect directly from our salon. If you are wanting to collect outside of an appointment please contact us at info@skinandbeautystamford.co.uk to confirm we are available for collection.
Delivery times
We endeavour to pack and dispatch your parcel the next working day. Occasionally there may be unexpected delays, please allow 2 – 3 working days before dispatch during busy periods.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you’ll know that is on its way to you.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders.
